John Battelle gives some interesting insight into the handover of paid search from Overture to Google. Then he tells us he sees the same thing happening at Twitter. I find that fascinating.
Equally fascinating is that Twitter now has a business sudomain. Right now all you’ll find there is an instruction manual for how to use Twitter – aimed at small business owners. For John Battelle, that’s the market to reach. For me, too.
I think Twitter is the perfect tool for any small business owner. All you have to do is set up an account and start driving traffic to your website or blog. OK, you might have to do a little more than that, but not much. It’s a simple tool to use and there is a big payoff if you do it well. Just thought I’d share that with you.
