During her free time, Caroline is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with family, traveling, boating, fishing and outdoor photography.

Steve's expertise is in developing repeatable processes and systems, supplier relations, business management, purchasing, financial and accounting management, and affiliate and partner marketing programs. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota where he achieved a Bachelor of Individualized Studies degree.

He enjoys just about anything on the water, and his hobbies include collecting wine, travel, fishing, outdoor photography and boating. He is currently putting the finishing touches on his first wooden boat building project, the Jolly Mon II.

Her expertise includes website project management, database management, website content creation and maintenance, HTML, WordPress, SEO content optimization and distribution, search and social media implementation, desktop publishing and web hosting & domain name management. Heidi coordinates all of the myriad details involved in our client's projects to ensure nothing is overlooked, and projects stay on time and on budget.

Our Senior WordPress Developer, Mykl, has been developing websites since 1993 (when Marc Andreessen created the Mosaic browser, the pre-cursor to Netscape). He has developed websites for Fortune 500 companies, micro-businesses and everything in between. His skills include usability expertise, information architecture, mobile development, social media and developing highly-functional, customized WordPress websites for our clients. He was quick to spot the social media trend early on, and is passionate about the social web and its ability to educate and inspire. We lovingly call him our website magician, as he makes WordPress do things others say are impossible.

Our Senior Programmer, Amal, has over 6 years of web development, software development and database programming experience. His skills include HTML, PHP, CSS, XML, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, MySQL, WordPress, Facebook App development and many other programming languages too numerous to mention. Our Sr. Programmer & Technical SEO Specialist, Sanoop, has over 8 years of web development, Internet marketing and WordPress experience. Our Senior SEO Specialist, Allen, is an award-winning writer and former newspaper editor. He has over 12 years of experience creating search engine optimized content for the web, and specializes in search engine strategies and execution. His on-page and off-page SEO skills include web usability, conversion-analysis, information architecture, SEO content development, link building, social media, web analytics and more. He is also a published poet and fiction writer.

Our SEO Content Specialist, Theresa, has a degree in marketing and specializes in e-newsletter marketing and creating and distributing search engine optimized content. A former small business marketing consultant for IBM, she knows how to get big results on small budgets. When not creating optimized marketing content, she makes children’s clothes and baby dolls for her grandchildren and others.
